Hey there new clinician! I am so proud of you for making it to this point. You've done a phenomenal job of completing graduate school and passing your boards. Now you're ready to build a private practice, but you don't know where to start and you know nothing about business!!!
I am an academic. I love all things mental health. I earned a Bachelor's in Psychology, Master's in Professional Counseling, and an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University.
I've worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Since I started I have successfully scaled my business into a successful brand and added multiple streams of income through counseling ideal clients, speaking, consulting, business coaching, and book sales.
Everything I have accomplished has been a true blessing, but it also came with challenges. As a newly licensed clinician, I didn't know anything about the business side of building a practice.
I created my signature 1:1 business coaching program to provide new clinicians with a framework that helps them not only build a strong foundation for a thriving practice, but to also develop a CEO mindset that will position them for mental freedom and a meaningful career.
How much more effective could you be as a clinician if you were making more than enough income and were able to travel with friends and family on a regular basis?
