The foundation to mental health and overall success is prayer. During the membership we will pray together, study the Bible, and journal together.

The Thought Life Membership program is for women who are ready to start a new journey of shifting their thoughts into alignment with their goals. It’s for every woman desiring to overcome negative thoughts that are making it difficult to move forward. It is for women who are tired of dealing with mind battles alone and being frustrated about not knowing what to do to cope. This program is for women with purpose who need strategies for their thought life and connections to help them grow. This program is for women who are overthinkers and need help getting out of their head and into their life.
The Thought Life Membership program provides a hybrid approach to content delivery with a combination of live, recorded, and downloadable content. It’s completely self-paced, so you can make it fit into your schedule. All members will access content through the membership portal. In this private portal, you’ll be able to access the session recordings and downloadable resources.
